LUXURY UPGRADED POOL HOME IN PRIVATE GATED COMMUNITY
Florida Villa Days is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with an open plan design which has been upgraded in November 2017. We maintain the villa to a high standard. We not only see the villa as a rental property but as our home in the sun. We therefore take great care in the small details that make a house a home. We have our kitchen granite worktops along with a new family bathroom, new carpets, mattresses and sofas. The villa benefits from high-speed WiFi throughout including the pool deck area which is free of charge to our guests.

We have an open plan lounge, kitchen dining area which is ideal family vacation living. Meals can be enjoyed at the granite breakfast bar or either formal or kitchen dining table. There is a large flat-screen TV and a family Wii for all to enjoy.

Serene part of the Disney "adventure" - Staying at this property was VERY nice....the heated and lit whirlpool in the cooler evenings was a refreshing highlight after the hustle and bustle of the Disney parks...the appliances were very dependable!!!!

We liked the private pool and access to pickleball courts. Plenty of dining options within a 10 minute drive. Worked for our group of 3 teenagers and 2 adults. We did not cook much at the home, but it was well stocked. We had some family members who live in Orlando visit for dinner, and the home owners was very accessible and accommodating.
